What is your return policy?
All of our orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item.
When will my order ship?
We ship most of our orders via USPS First Class and Priority Mail within two business days of your order. You should receive an order confirmation email after you complete checkout and a shipping confirmation email after your order ships. Didn't see one? Check that pesky spam folder.
I accidentally submitted the wrong shipping address! What do I do?
Email us right away at email@example.com. If your order has already shipped, you may be able to track down the package at your local USPS office. Otherwise, the package may be sent back to our office. We'll send you a replacement order as soon as we receive the original package.
Can I subscribe to Southern Weddings?
Since we publish one heirloom issue per year, we do not have a subscription service. You can purchase all of our available past issues in the shop and view our digital editions here. New issues are added each fall as they become available.
I love the prints in your shop, but want it in a different color and/or size. Do you do custom orders?
Unfortunately at this time, we're unable to fulfill custom orders. Gold foil and letterpress prints involve die pieces and lots of labor from our amazing printers, making custom prints very expensive and time-intensive to create.

Please keep in mind that we only answer our emails and phone during our office hours (Mondays - Fridays from 9am-5pm EST). Feel free to email or call us on the weekends -- we'll get back to you on Monday after we spend the weekend with our families and friends.
